Other Philippine ‘Foreigner-Friendly’ Locations

The ‘Foreigner-Friendly’ System offers longer-stay (7 or 14-30 days) visitors the opportunity to stay in a fully furnished and equipped HOME versus a hotel ROOM.

Visitors have a LOT more space and privacy. The home will always include a convenient and money saving kitchen. In most cases, cost will be less than an average hotel/pension ROOM.

For years, longer-stay visitors in North America and Europe have had the opportunity to stay in fully furnished homes and condos in many locations. But there are not yet many places yet in Asia.

In the Philippines - Cagayan de Oro is the Test (Beta) Location for the ‘Foreigner-Friendly’ program. Currently, there is only one approved home available in CDO.

In the coming months more locations will be added – in CDO – in the Philippine Mountains – at Sea Shores – even Big City locations.
